To become a Gold Star customer, simply e-mail us at servicedept@schneiderheating.com , or simply give us a call at 608-782-4035! One month prior to sending out a service technician, you will receive a post card with the scheduled service date. This allows you time to adjust your calendar, or to call and reschedule at a time convenient to you
